RETURN & REFUND POLICY
CPAP INTERNATIONAL LLC
OVERVIEW
At CPAP INTERNATIONAL LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of the medical equipment and personal care products we sell, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturer defect.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with CPAP INTERNATIONAL LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturer defect, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
The defect must be a result of a manufacturing fault, not caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to report the defect.
The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Photographic or video evidence of the defect may be required to process your claim.
HOW TO REPORT A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately at hadyamro11@gmail.com or call us at +962799095056. Please include the following information in your request:
Your full name and order number.
A detailed description of the defect.
Photos or videos showing the defect.
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective product. Please do not send any items back to us without first receiving authorization. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
RESOLUTION FOR APPROVED CLAIMS
If your defective product claim is approved, CPAP INTERNATIONAL LLC will, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:
Replacement: We will send you a replacement product of the same model at no additional cost.
Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at hadyamro11@gmail.com.
NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
The following situations are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Products with normal wear and tear.
Products where the original packaging, accessories, or components are missing.
Claims reported after 14 days of receiving the product.
Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
We strongly recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the product itself at the time of delivery, please document it with photos and contact us right away. Prompt reporting helps us resolve issues faster and more effectively.
